I will sleep a little better knowing this ass-clown is finally getting the boot (or “going beyond” in his words) and this court case is finally coming to the States for a proper civil trial.
I don’t think this will happen. Political winds are fickle. The trial will not be in New York. Obama doesn’t have the ovaries or nuts to do it because of the cost and political fall out. It will end up in military court and Holder won’t finish the first term as the AG is my prediction. The Clinton faction in the White House don’t like him very much at all. From what I have read he might be to honest to deal with a Clinton heavy White House.*
